The ParishPay Enrollment Card

You may enroll in less than three minutes by:

- Going directly to ParishPay to begin your automatic monthly donations; or 
- Filling out the enrollment card above and turning it into the parish office; or
- Calling 1-866-PARISH-1.

If you choose to participate in the Automated Giving program, you will no longer need to use weekly envelopes, although we will continue to mail them to you unless requested to discontinue.  ParishPay participants who would still like to place something in the offertory basket may turn in empty offertory envelopes.  Or you may print and use any of the following three ParishPay contribution slips in PDF*:
